This is my first post on NPN. I am based in Karnataka in South India. NPN has been a guide for me during my journey as a nature photographer for the past 6 years.

My primary subjects for photography are birds but oflate I try my hand at Landscape photography.Thanks to the great photographers on NPN.

I dabble at doing things differently, a vision which is influenced by my friend Ganesh H Shankar.

Specs:
MkIV, ISO 1600, 1/8000, f 5.6, manual mode.

Welcome Vijay, an artistic first post with beautiful colors and shapes. There's a part of me that would like to see more detail in the kite and fish - because I know how beautiful Brahminy Kites are. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work.

A big welcome to NPN Vijay. I like this silhouette because the lines are so clean with an interesting wing and head position. I think your composition works well. If this were mine I'd work on the narrow halo around the bird. Nice first post.
