Ah, back to the glass.
This is an indoor set up of Oak leaves. The brown leaves are
under the glass; the two pin oak leaves are
above.
The stack was only two images; just enough to make sure I had captured the detail of the top Pin Oak leaves. Shot at f/8, 90mm, ISO 200, .3s, spot meter. I could possibly have brightened this scene but I wanted to capture the essence of the mystery of the changing seasons.
Because I shot the subject as a stacked image, there was already good separation between the subject and the background and it was relatively easy to make a leaf mask and use that to create
this--a Photo Art image I called
Flying Leaves. I like both images equally well, but for different reasons.
Thanks for looking and leaving your comments, critiques, and suggestions.
And may all of you have a wonderful Thursday whether you actually celebrate T-Day or not.

15 commentsOnly tiny nit is to have all the leaves in the frame for my taste. I want it ALL
pat
I prefer this one, if only because the softer pallette appeals to me. I personal choice to be sure.

Creativity at its best! Just love what you have done and in PA. Great use of glass to create the mystery.
Thanks for looking.
