Thanks everyone for comment on my previous in-flight mating dragon. This one is the frame preceding the previous post and the focus is much better especially on the rear DF. I did not post this one before because the background lighting was rather uneven due to reflection from the moving water surface. I have even out the lighting using Vivezia 2 which I bought this weekend thanks to Mike Moats coupon which saved my some $$. Curves and USM applied.

I will submitting this for competition to my local photographic club and comments on improvement will be greatly appreciated.

Gary,
if the first was great this is even better. The subjects are well in focus, the colors are vivid and the action is super. Very nice background too. Great work. :toast:

Great image, I wonder if the background were a little darker if the subjects would stand out a little more.

Great colors on these DF's. I'm kind of torn a bit with the BG. I like the soft-light pastel color it seems to have and it works well with the color of the DF's because it dosn't take away any attention from the subjects. With that said I also agree with Richard and wonder if the BG was a little darker if it would make the DF's stand out more.
Good luck in the competition. :toast:

Nice improvement, the BG colors look more natural here too..
I have the Viveza 2 program courtesy of Mike Moats as well, it's a great plugin.

Well done, Gary. I agree with the others on the comments about this being better than your first post of this pair. Just an outstanding capture. :toast:
