Wonderful detail; excellent background, Randy. Nicely captured; however, I find myself wishing there was just a bit more room at the bottom.

Sweet pose Randy, love the slightly lifted tail, view of the feet and the head turn. The comp feels nice to me except I'd like a bit more room on the bottom, just my own preferences though. Background looks very smooth, the bokeh of your elns and you aperture handled that well. Is it grass in the background?

Love the light and detail in this shot Randy. Nice exposure too. Bird sure stands out against that nice smooth green BG. Maybe just a bit more room on the bottom?

Excellent clarity and detail; nice colors and pose. I too hop there is more room at the bottom in the uncropped version - I'd love to see more of the post.

Loving that solid green BG behind the bright yellow bird. Can't get anywhere near their them up here... wish for more room on the bottom.

Yep, a bit tight on the toes! Other than that very slight nit, this is a wonderful image! I especially appreciate the contrast between the bird's colors, and the bg. Very nice.

Randy, I agree about wanting more room at bottom for the toes and to show more of the perch but other than that minor nit this is a wonderful presentation. Detail and sharpness are excellent as are the natural colors of the bird against that clean background. Perfect head turn to go along with a nice pose. Excellent.
