More fun in space – snapping turtles cruising through the void; the turtle I photographed in August, the planet is from a river rock photo in August, the twirl is from a shallow water image in November, and the rest is Photoshop with flares, airbrush, eraser, lighting, etc. The original is 132MB with 8 layers.

Thanks for looking, comments/suggestions welcome.

Outta this world! Looks like that Big turtle is getting sucked into a blackhole and isn't too happy about it. The only change I'd make is the location of the smaller turtle... to me it's too similar to the larger one and should be at a different angle or a different section of the spiral.

Snapping turtles flying through outer space. There's something I never thought I see. Interesting and, obviously, very original.

Fun, Ron. I really like the tiny addition of the catch light in the eye of the closest turtle.

Thanks for the comments and feedback everyone, much appreciated. Luke - Yes, I tried several positions for that 2nd turtle, and you may be right about the repositioning, I'll give it more thought. Marc - That little catch light does pop out doesn't it? But, it's entirely natural.
