GBH Landing

I was in the back area of Bolsa Chica, CA, when I noticed a pair of GBHs hanging around a nest that I had noticed early this year. Two other GBHs arrived and this one would fly off to chase them away while its partner would hang around the nest. I set up to capture its return. I lightened the shadow areas a little and sharpened just a little. Crop shows 80% of original. I took a little off the left side.

Awesome to catch this landing, with the completely visible body and that great wing span.

Absolutely incredible, love the way it is tetering with one foot on the tree and outstretched wings.
