Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness, MT. The Stillwater is such an amazing place in the winter, and offers something new and interesting every year.

Wonderfully sharp and detailed Doug, comp is good and I like the smooth silky water. The larger version looks even better.

Gary.

Looks very clean, the composition is excellent, the separation between frozen and liquid water is beautifully portrayed and the small ice crystals are a very strong element. Superb, Doug!

Gorgeous Doug. Love the crisp detail and composition. I would prefer less silky and more textured water, but that's just personal preference. Well done.

You have some awesome details captured along the waters edge. Funny I like the smaller version here better. In the large version the right hand side seems overly dominate. I like the subdued colours too. Cheers

Delicate details and a pleasant composition, I especially like the contrast between ice and flowing water.

Lovely. Scroll crop of the snow at the very back works nicely too.

This is one of those images that doesn't reveal itself until you view the large version. I like how the cool blue/green water works with the white snow - great small scene!

Excellent compostion and good job handling such difficult contrast between the water and ice. I am not a fan of long flowing water shots but this works well for this scene, way to go, the larger verision was a pleasure to view.
