Hi All,
This was the last shot for 2010.
In my place the rain is very rare and it comes ones or twice per year.
This photo was after the rain which came in the night before.
Your C&C are welcome :)

Very nice. The leading lines created by the sand are quite effective. The trees make a great subject as well. While I like the wonderful light on the foreground sand, it feels very strong and takes so much attention compared to the rest of the scene - maybe just a little balancing there might help. There's also a strong distortion going on on the sides of the shot that you could maybe try to fix. Otherwise very refreshing.

I really like this, I'd love to see it larger! The light and sand ripples work beautifully for me. Great work.

Looks like some great conditions to be out shooting in. I can see what Andreas is saying and would echo his thoughts. I also could see cropping a little off the top to better focus the eye down on the cool reflection. I like the colours you have presented and especially the light on the trees. Cheers

Love the Texture in the FG
wondering why the tree on the right is dark?
All the best my Dear :)

I like it. The leading lines, and the symmetrical elements gives a nice effect to the image. I agree with maybe toning down a bit the fg light, but a minor nit.

Wow! Such tremendous symmetry on display here! The light is bright but perfectly appropriate for showing off those golden patterns. An amazing image. I also wonder about the darker right side....

The thumbnail really doesn't do this justice. I like this a lot. I like the contrast between the warm sand and the cooler sky, and also enjoy the photogenic trees.

I really like the leading lines in the foreground.Fantastic light in the foreground and the trees are an excellent photographic subject. I agree with toning down the fg just a little bit.

I really appreciate your comments. regarding the dark tree, I really not sure but i think it falls under nearby mountain's shadow. also I used GND to bring blue color to sky,it may help darken it.

An impressive image for sure. The fg is an excellent lead in and the symmetry of the trees is perfect. I do agree with some of the others that the rippled sand could be toned down some. It seems to divert too much attention away from the great reflections you captured.

An exotic and alluring image. I would certainly lighten up the leaves in the tree on the far right side. A very cool and unique shot indeed!

Incredible! The combination of the wavy sand patterns, the neat trees, and the reflection is superb.

Ooooooo, that's sweet. What great light and conditions (minus the almost clear sky). I'd almost want to see a b/w w/ all that dark sky. Fun to get unique shots like this eh? :)

Awesome shot, Abdulmajeed!! Must be a very rare scene, as I've never seen anything like this before! Love the composition... the lines of sand disappearing into the water are so cool. Great capture!

Ripper Abdulmajeed! No nits from me. (In my place the rain comes often. We have floods at the moment ansd an area the size of France and Germany combined is under water.) That's Australia for ya.

There are some very interesting things going on with this image. The side-lit foreground texture, and the background are opposite in many ways, yet they blend together. I believe there is an amazing amount of potential for this shot but somehow it is too documentary. It's difficult for me to put into words. I feel like I'm standing there, but I also don't feel emotionally bound to the subject. I'm not sure why that is. I don't know what it would take to bring this beyond documentary, and make it more personal.

This is really strong. About all that would improve it would be some clouds, but even without them this one is quite good.
