Well, actually a friend's, and it's not in Florida, but I've been watching this since December waiting for the right time. Yesterday, I thought we had just enough snow and just about the right light.

D60, ISO-100, 1/250th sec., f-11, 55mm, processed and turned into pano in Elements. Thanks for looking, larger is posted, and C&C welcomed.

Very nice Bill, reminds me of a Norman Rockwell scene. :toast:

I like it but kinda wish the bottom portion didn't pull my eye so much from the horizon. I keep trying to look at the buildings but am drawn back down to the bottom of the frame. Kind of a fight instead of a flow?

A beautiful winter scene, Bill. The panoramic view here is really nice. Buildings look like they may be leaning to the left some, maybe just the angle of view, or just me. No one else seemed to mention it. I really do enjoy looking at this. :toast:

I think it looks that way because they may indeed be leaning that way, I noticed it early on! Thanks Nick!

Nice peaceful scene. I love that bold red of the house contrasted against the gold and white foreground. Good use of the pano technique.
