The larch trees changing colours to golden yellow in late autumn.
Having a fiery look when back-lit by sun.

Earlier I'd posted couple of B&Ws.

Nikon D300 + Nikkor 70-300mm VR, handheld
f/11, 1/400, ISO400

The composition on this is really satisfying. This is very lovely and has a nice feel to it. Can you tell me where it was shot?

Nice! I love the backlighting anf the almost 50/50 split here--some great detail too. I think i would have liked it even more if some of the dark trees/evergreens werent intruding towards the top, but this is still a winner.

Beautiful larch colors Balakumar. I like the comp and the backlighting really makes the larches glow.

That is very interesting Balakumar. The contrast between the types of trees holds you in the image for a time.
