Hey Sindy, nice comp, and agree with Alfred, it needs more light, easy to fix in photoshop.

Surrendering to limited depth of field works pretty well here. I'm a little surprised by how sharp the subject area is, considering that it was hand held at 1/40. Try adding an "exposure" adjustment layer and raising exposure until the whites whiten.
