Hi all, finally got time to look over some of my fall shots. I've been way too busy. Anyway, this shot is not arranged by me. I found this grouping of red maple leaves as is, on the forest floor. All comments/suggestions much appreciated.

Philip:
I am always fascinated by the variety of colors in fall leaves. You have captured these very nicely of the leaves in different stages of decay. Like the triangular placements of the colorful leaves.

Strong comp Philip and I like the central reds and oranges against the paler supporting bg. The textures in the larger version are particularly appealing. Fine presentation and in situ image. I think I'd enjoy looking at this every day on my wall. I like it a lot.

Good eye to see this nice color arranged so well for you. The orange, red, and purple play off each other really well, too.

Philip: Great find and a superb capture. Since there is so little reflectivity on the leaves I suspect you used a polarizer and if so good call. If not you had great light to work with. The detail in the larger version is most excellent.>=))> :toast:
