Last spring was pretty wet for Wyoming and we had an explosion of fungi in the forest near my home. I took this group as part of a photo record of all the different kinds I could find. Comments and critiques are requested. Thanks for looking

Nancy: What a crowd! I like this as posted and like the amount of environment you included. My only itty bitty nits are the blade of grass entering the right side of the frame and the debris on the lower shroom at about 5 o'clock. This is the kind of stuff to look for carefully in the viewfinder and then clean up before tripping the shutter. Nice find and a fine capture. >=))>

I'll ditto Bill's suggestion also. The other thing I would prefer to see is a little less softness in the 'shrooms at the very front of the pack. A very interesting grouping, never seen any like these before.

Thanks for the feedback. My next shot will be 'cleaned up'. It never occurred to me to brush the dirt away.but now that you mention it, it's so obvious (feel a little sheepish for not thinking of it.) Thank you all for commenting

Neat shot Nancy; what a nice group of shrooms. Color, comp, lighting all look great. This has a very natural feel to it, which I like immensely. My only suggestion would be to get the immediate FG sharper.

This is really neat Nancy. The blade of grass leads the viewer out of the frame, so I second Bill's suggestion.
