I really like the POF/DOF chosen here Igor. It is enough to show good separation without being distracting in my opinion. Well done.

Very nicely done Igor. I particularly like your depth of field decision but beautiful color palette as well.

I like it for the same reasons Pat does. Lovely color and light.

Nice capture Igor. I like how the right side shows just how clustered and chaotic this Rodo bush is, but you've worked out the left side to be very simplistic. The stamens are separated nicely and the tension between the two sides keeps my eye bouncing around inside the frame. Well Done!!

Igor: Marvelous DOF/POF choice and great colors. My first inclination is to want a slightly different camera angle so as to include a bit more of the flowers on the right and a little less negative space on the left. Cropping to 5:4 mostly from the left achieves essentially the same purpose but I think the original 6:4 swung right would have been better. >=))>

I think the DOF is just right....the stamens are the main subject, IMO, and they are nice and sharp. As for the BG the amount of blur is nice and the stamens stand out fine but the yellow flower that the stamens are attached to is lost somewhat in the yellow BG behind it....a minor point however.

Hi Igor :wavey: You composed this difficult scene very well  If this was your flower, and done at home, I would have suggested trimming the hanging IF bloom.. I hope you took other angles of this marvelous flower'

Nice sharpness on the pistil and stamens. Good color also. DOF and BG look fine to me. I find the extreme right side a little bit distracting, but its not a big deal.
