For temporary relief of 'Spring Fever' I felt compelled to memorialize my last visit to this jewel of Grand Teton NP.
Imaged with a Hasselblad wide angle lens and Ektachrome ISO/100.
The tripod was actually positioned a foot or so into the lake!

Jeff,

Post your images larger! You can post images up to 720px on the long side. I think better light would been to good advantage, here. Also, I suggest that you crop some of the sky to eliminate that bit of foliage in the upper right corner; it's an eye grabber. You might also make the image a bit darker. The color looks good, given the light you had to work with.

Hi Jeff,
beautiful place and loved the crystal-clear waters you captured. I totally agree with Preston, regarding the size of the file you can post, as well as the foliag in the upper-right corner. Also, it would have added to the whole idea to include the complet rock on the bottom, or even get closer to make it bigger and more evident to the whole composition. About the background mountains, I think you chose strong diagonals that look very nice.

Thanx for the reviews so far commentators. Addressing some of the points made: That tree leaf 'snuck in there' on me! But I have marketed the image by cropping that out in the printing process. As for the lighting..well did the best I could with what I had to work with. To the sometimes disadvantage, one is subject to whatever Mom Nature is supplying at the time.
With regard to the image size posted, I am not sure just how to go about increasing it.
None of my .jpeg file is digital in origin - all are scanned in to my computer from 35mm or 6x6cm transparencies. Thus you see I don't have the flexibility afforded by digital camera inputs. As always though.. I remain opent to any/all helpful suggestions!

Some good suggestion from Preston and Rodrigo Jeff. You should be able to bring the exposure down in any simple editing program. Don't forget you could always scan the image for different areas and merge them with masks. Looks like a great location and has a calm feeling to it . Cheers
