I like this very much as posted Igor. I'm not sure about the centered flower. Ideally, for my tastes it would be at one of the upper power points but still a very striking image.

Love the low angle you chose to shoot this from and the DOF. My only suggestion would be to clone out the OOF blade of grass rising just above and behind the tulip. Nice work!

Igor:
Nice contrast between the tulip and the hyacinth. You may want to experiment by cropping the right side to make the tulip less centered. Good capture

Nicely seen Igor! The grass on the right matches the curvature of the tulip which helps hold this together nicely.

Igor, I like the concept very much and the detail of the flowers really shows up in the larger photo.

I do think the OOF flowers in the FG detract from the Tulip and the in-focus Hyacinths.

I would be very tempted to crop and create a panoramic image.

Cheers,

Carol

The selective focus is a good choice. I agree with Pat on having the
tulip off center; nevertheless, this is a striking image.

Nice set up Igor. I agree with Pat that I'd probably off centered it a little. I do really like the way you handled the DOF.
