WC #148 Jefferson Memorial
by Elizabeth Kimes
This is a shot I took in Washington D.C. in April! It was before I used a tripod and the cherry blossoms where hanging very low. So I laid down on my backpack on the damp ground with my bum just getting slightly wet. I even had someone stop to say, "the best photographers get in the strangest positions", she then laughed and walked on. I wish I would have gotten an email to send her this pic, I think she would have enjoyed it. I know not the typical entry for WC, but I love photo art so here I used the fresco filter in PS to give a painterly look.
Point & Shoot, high resolution
