Blue Pansy

I took this last spring after a very wet snow that melted quickly. I cloned out some distractions in the ul bg and cropped to more completely fill the frame. Comments welcome. Thanks for looking.

I like the frame filling effect of this very much, Nancy ( though it is maybe now a bit tight on the R ). The colours, the detail in the centre of the flower and the droplets ( with the highlights beautifully controlled ) are all very effective - especially the wonderful vibrancy of the lower petal.

Beautiful vibrant color Nancy and the rain drops are a big plus. My suggestion would be to add some room on the top and on the right side of the flower.

Nancy,

I agree with the comments already made about adding some space. Other than that this is gorgeous. Love the intense complementary colors and the droplets.

The details in the flower and the water drops are fabulous. I also like the green leaves. I agree with the others about needing a bit more space on the right and top.

Excellent details and nice vibrant colours. I just wish a bit more space at the top and at the right side. Nicely done Lea.

I agree with the tight crop, but I sure like this Nancy. The colors and drops are very well displayed. :toast:

Very nice Nancy. Great colors and sharpness. My only nit is a couple of cloning artifacts in the form of intersecting straight lines. One above and to the right, one above and to the left of the flower. Otherwise a great image.
