I have been going through a bunch of older images. I had gotten out of serious photography for several reasons. But the bug bit me again when I started looking at digital. Not having a lot of money at the time I started out with a Lumix FZ20, which was not a bad little camera. Here is a shot with the Lumix. All comments are welcome and appreciated.

Lumix FZ20
Shutter 1/20
Aperture f5.6
ISO 200
Focal length not recorded

Very nice, love the setting/BG here. Nice comp with excellent detail & exposure.
I should shoot more fungi!
Great work! :toast:

What a neat mushroom! The image seems a bit green - a slight color correction would make a big difference, I think. I love the very soft, directional lighting. It brings out the details beautifully.

Fungi can be so interesting. This one has great detail and I like the comp you chose. It feels too yellowish green to me and some color correction with more contrast between the mushroom and the bark would add to the picture IMO.

Great detail on the mushroom. This image has a deep woods feel to it, soft light and damp looking bark. Interesting.
