Ah yes, it's time for spring in the south! These giant cypresses you have in LA never fail to please, even if the light isn't the best. I would also love to see some reflection abstracts of that wonderful chocolate milk water.

Absolutely wonderful, David. I have to visit your neck of the woods one of these days.

I've been expecting something like this from you. And man, did you ever deliver! This is what photographic art is all about. :toast:

David, you have an image here that shows that even the light is completely different for spring. Beautiful.

Hi David,

Those trees are so amazing, even if I've seen this kind of composition many times I like it. Beautiful light and greens in this version.
To my brain it feels tilted to the right, don't know if that's only me.

The greens really stand out nicely here, David, and this shot works very well. It has a lot more impact that I expected just looking at the thumbnail. Very fine work indeed!

Lovely shot of the cypress. The green leaves are a great addition to an already interesting scene.

I always wonder when I see you cypress images if I've seen these trees before. They all look so totally different, but I wonder if it might be the light. Regardless, I really like the sense of forest in this one. The green branches are the perfect highlight.

Phenomenal, David. How you have contrasted these brilliant spring boughs against the grays and browns of the moss and the cypress is truly stunning. Impeccable composition as always. Superb.

Gorgeous splash of green on these icons from your world David. The gray moss in the background also makes this special. Beautiful work once again!

Love the popping greens in the otherwise subdued colors. Such a fascinating area. I never get tired of your captures from there.

I like the quietness of this and those greens are lovely.
