Film crew

This was taken at a beach renown for its birds at sunset in early spring, about 3 years ago, with an old Canon Rebel XT at the time, and a 70 - 200 @94 mm, f 4.5, 1/4000 s ISO 800. As show but with a bi-color filter as I didnt care for the coldness of the light. I am not sure it this makes this an 'art' shot or not.

The crew had set up for filming, there had to be easily 200 people there and around some food tables in the trees on the foreshore. I can see why movies are expensive.

Any comments are welcome and thanks for looking, if you have.

I like the silhouettes and pano crop here Kat. Hopefully the people were not disturbing the birds.

Thanks Eva, and thanks for not taking me to task for my dye work. I cant seem to stop doing it. No they were not disturbing the wildlife at all. We love to go to Florida for the reason that the birds there are almost completely habituated to people (regrettably really) but still it makes it so much easier to get photographs of birds there than here where we have to set up in blinds for hours at a time, and rely on luck a lot. This is Fort De Soto.

I love the silhouetted figures and grasses against the warm sunlight, but I'm too crash hot on the bright blue upper sky. You could almost crop this in half and negate it altogether as an option.
