Unusual Beauty

I love wood storks. I even think they are beautiful. When I took this photo I was actually concentrating on an anhinga on the seawall, in the shadows, so I was using a high ISO. When this stork flew over I took the shot without adjusting, just to see what I'd get. I was surprised to find that I liked the result, even the grain. I added a little contrast but didn't use noise reduction.

I'm curious to know what others think of the result. Comment and critique welcome! Thanks for checking it out.

Nice capture and good result with the conversion. More detail would be nice, but under the circumstances not bad. I think I'd prefer a slightly tighter crop, but the comp works.
