Hibiscus--back view

I took this flower with the sun backlighting it. Not sure if I'm thrilled with it. Does this work or is it too light, too dark? Any comment and/or critique appreciated.

Panasonic DMC-FZ28. 86mm at F/5.6 for 1/200 sec. ISO 100.

The underside comp looking up works well for me. I love the radiant color in the bottom of the image. The upper left corner is a little bright but, overall, I like this a lot.

Carolyn,

This works well for me as posted. I love the pov and light. I guess I might tone down the brightest whites but I'm not sure about that either. Outstanding image for my tastes.

Nice...on many levels...love the corner placement, the sharpness of the green and soft pinks, the luminescence and piercing light beams. Well done!

Carolyn: Works great for me. Just enough light on the reverse to maintain interest. Very nicely done.>=))>

I like your crop to make this view so large. Great detail and color.

Thanks for all your positive comments! I'm glad this picture seems to work. Sometimes one can start questioning themselves maybe too much.

Carolyn:
Works beautifully. I like the depth of focus from the small sensor camera. Well done.
