We have been reading the Peter Cottontail books, so my little great-nephew says this is "Peter's Pond".
I like the translucent ears!

Nice catch Sandy, I don't think I've ever seen a rabbit drink before so for me this is a rare and unique shot. I like the included reflection.

Sandy, it's not often that a rabbit/hare photo grabs my attention. The last one was a running shot at full speed with motion blur and a sharp eye  ...

Love the drinking pose and the reflection here. Low angle helps here too...

Very nice image Sandy, The comp works very well with the reflection providing the balance. All of the techs look good as does the detail. I really like the way the translucence of the ear shows from the slight backlighting. :toast:

Excellent photo Sandy. The low angle and the inclusion of the reflection make this a strong image. :toast:
It strikes me that the larger version looks more vibrant (saturated) than the small version does. (Note: I am looking at this on a calibrated wide-gamut screen, so I suspect it has to do with the assigned color profiles to the small and larger image being different)

Hi Sandy,

I'm with the others in enjoying the behaviour you documented here and in liking the low angle. I also like the slightly diagonal element added by the curving shoreline. To my eye the colours in the larger version look just a tad over-saturated...but this is a very minor nit...

Cheers...thanks for sharing this!
