Had a very enjoyable visit to Longwood Gardens during their orchid show. Magnificent displays. I am posting a white cattelya with a pink tongue. Sorry, I don't know its proper name. Taken with Canon 7D, using 100-400 IS lens. Handheld.

Very nice capture with the flower nicely shown with the black bg. I am especially impressed with the sharpness hand holding a long lens.

Stunning shot, Patricia. I missed the orchid show this year. It's so hard to get a shot back in the orchid room. A suitable BG to place behind the flowers is a must. I was up there today. Some dogwoods look good and the tulips are starting to come up.
