Lake Superior Coastline, UP

Im amazed at the diversity of rocks and formations along the Earth's coastlines. There quite different from lakes to oceans. Superior has a great collection of stones and I had some fun exploring the shore. I like the strangely different colors presented in this odd scene and one only nature can put together.

Thanks for your comments and time

Looks like an eye and grumpy eyebrow, with a partial nose. Almost like a demons profile! I don't know if you saw that, but it's amazing. Nicely composed. I really like the tones, and the simple / clean feel.

Anthony...perfect composition, and what I really like about this is the that am not able to judge the scale ...whether it is a small pebble, or a big rock ..well done .. the colors are fantastic..

Anthony - I saw the thumbnail and thought I was looking through an arch in the southwest, the blue on the rock was the sky. I opened the image and I have my bearings! That was a wild moment! :toast:
