Cattleya Orchid #2

This shot was taken using Canon 7D with 100-400 IS len and 500D screw on diopter. Had intended to shoot the water droplet from this Easter Sunday fog this morning, but in the process came away with a swan. Love it when things like this happen!

Comments welcomed.

Exquisite! I would never have guessed the success of a gray b/g. It does. Keeping it simple.

Oh, I have just been staring at this for a couple of minutes at least, and I can't wait to stop typing so I can scroll up and gaze more. The graceful lines in the thumbnial drew me in, but the details are still holding me. I like watching swans, but this image makes them look like ugly ducklings, as if this is what they are trying to emulate. I have to go and look some more now.

Beautiful shot- With or without the water droplet, the treatment of light (very tough with so much white) is perfect as the composition- My best congrats, Fabio
