Ok, I just spent the last couple of days ripping mounds of these out of my flower beds. They cover the banks of the creek behind my house and look beautiful when blooming but I'm learning just have invasive they can be if allowed to spread to my flower beds. This was taken last year when I appreciated them a little more than I do right now.

Canon Rebel T1i. 90mm macro lens. F/7.1 for 1/25 sec. ISO 200.

Wonderful capture, the flower look great but I really like the way it contrasts with the bluish colored BG.

I really like the blast of color against the well controlled BG Carolyn. The yellows look a little hot on my un-calibrated monitor. Glad you didn't rip this one out before sharing.

Agree with the previous comments except for the minor consistency of color flaws in two of the petals. Could be easily cloned out if you wish, but its really a personal preference.
