Shot this morning at mid tide on the beach in Gulfport. So often these birds are moving around and usually with their bills buried in the mud, but I was able to catch this one full frame in the clear. Large image included.

I love the color in this dunlin Bill. Really nice partial reflection adds to the image IMO. Nice light and detail tops it off. Well done.

Excellent image Bill. I appreciate the nice low angle and the raised bill. When they are busy feeding it is sometimes hard to catch them with their head raised.
