Plantation Path

I'm still going through photos from a trip to Charleston SC last month. This was taken on a gray sky day at the Caw Caw Interpretive Center, which I think was an old plantation at one time.

This was processed with Nik Color Efex Glamor Glow filter plus a little Lightroom dodging and burning to give it a little depth.

Very nice, Richard. I understand the inclusion of sky here even if it's blown out (it would not look better exposed correctly either). I do enjoy the range of color present but also feel this would make a great B&W.

I love the trees and the moss and the leaves on the ground here. For me it still needs a little more depth to really pull me in. You didn't post any techs, so I don't know what could have been done differently there.

I really like the comp, the mosses and limbs are spectacular. The image seems a bit on the bright side, not sure if that;s just the conditions or maybe the glamour glow could be applied more selectively? A strong image either way.
