Pretty stunning - I think this is slowly becoming your signature series and I am loving it, Derek. I think you got the WB just about right - I have seen the tulips and the colors are pretty accurate. I think the top opening of the vase itself is slightly angled due to which there might be an illusion of tilt.
Great going

Derek,
You got to know I love this. Gorgeous light and textures on the blooms but I think it's the stems and vase that appeal most to me. Superb image for my tastes.

Soft glowing orange...the best digital color for flowers is orange and you've made the most of this! Great warm and cool (darkness) shot. Agree with Ram about the vase lip...looks tilted...but, can't just rotate or the blooms will slide out of balance. Nicely done!

Derek, There's a lovely glow to these.
Would like to see a bit more room around the blooms.
Beautiful job.
Cheers,

Derek:
This is fabulous! Great lighting and processing.
I find the tilt of the vase rim a little disorientating but not sure what to do about it - maybe a slight CCW rotation?

Derek: This one and the daffodils are just wonderful. I don't find the vase a distraction at all. Terrific lighting and capture. >=))>

Pat must be contagious..
Derek, this is just lovely. Exquisite colours, great placement in the vase, suble vase and stems.
My only wish would be for a little more room at the top.

Derek, I love the comp and how you arranged the tulips in the vase. Great light and the colours look spot on. A "Pat" feel about it.

Marvellous image, Derek ! The lighting is just extraordinary - it has all the the subtlety of that in the old Dutch still life paintings, helping to create a deeply serene mood. Absolutely top-notch and beautifully presented !
