The Ursa ('She-bear') Beach, located in Cape Roca (Westermost land portion in continental Europe). Portugal.
An incoming unforgettable storm in formation in a Spring afternoon. At some point at the end of the day, I was alone in this wild beach, when the storm with aggressive tides reach this location.
During the rain, lightning and thunder, I assisted a small tornado suddenly formed in the sea, and not that far away. Really impressive! Things got really ugly in little time.
Luckily, this tornado headed North and not towards the shore, guess in that case I would have been in real trouble

Anyway, I ran trough the rocks and cliffs, seeking for some shelter and protection as the light was getting dim.
This image was made some hours before the storm, I try to complement all this force of the instable tide along with the very dramatic sky, having the cliff and beautiful pinnacles in the scene.
Technique:
1 single exposure, used split ND (SE) filter, exposed for 1/2s at f/22.

Very dynamic! I really like the rushing surf and how it's somewhat mimicked by the clouds and subtle rays in the sky. I really feel pulled in with this composition. Excellent work capturing this one.
