This is another one of my Clematis pictures. I guess I have a Clematis "series" going here. I had also posted a Clematis in the macro gallery last week. So far I've posted a total of four; think that's all for now.

Canon Rebel T1i. 90mm macro lens. F/10 for 1/5 sec. ISO 200.

Cool colors, textures and shapes. The solid green BG keeps the eyes focused on the center

Pin sharp showing the details at its center :cool: - with strong purples. One flower reall great for making abstracts also. I am waiting for another variety to bloom here now.

Vivid image, Carolyn ! I like the way the unfurling happens both in the centre and in the leaves. Sharpness, dof and colouring all spot on.
