Here are a couple Ospreys fighting over a nesting platform in the San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary in Irvine California. The Sanctuary resides east of the John Wayne Air. It is rimed on the west and north by tall business buildings. Eventually two Ospreys have nested there and currently there are two chicks in the nest.

Nice action shot. The birds are sharp. It is interesting to see wildlife adapt so well to urban environments.

Interesting capture, Harry. I find the wild pose of each bird to be most amazing and the main strength of the image. The light is pretty harsh so with shadow and reflections from white feathers, combined with the small size of the bird images, we don't see a lot of detail in the birds. Also, I wonder if a vertical crop would work better here: the surrounding buildings don't add much to the shot and you could eliminate one of them that way.

Nesting platforms for birds and people! I like the concept. They certainly seem to be having fun. I'll bet there are more sticks on that nest now.

Very cool shot. The action is amazing and I like how you've focused on the birds and not the buildings.

Very good choice for the theme, Harry. An excellent action photo also. A vertical crop with the birds and nesting platform on the left side and most of the house on the right might work good also.

Although those buildings help the image fit the theme, I have to agree with others who've suggested a tighter, vertical crop. The buildings are distracting. The dynamic relationship between the two birds is just excellent, and I'd love to see a cropped version where the birds are a larger percentage of the frame. This is really neat, Harry!
