Not so sure how well this fits the theme. The urban element is prominent in the scene, but maybe too prominent. The shot was taken from the shoreline. The fishing boat is towing the seine in a large hook and coming in as close as they dare to the beach. The crew member in the skiff is plunging between the boat and the shore to scare the fish back out and into the seine. The plunger looks like a large toilet plunger on a pole and makes an exceptionally loud "POP" when you jam it into the water.

Sony DSC-R1, ISO-160, f8.0, 1/640

The clarity and colors in the picture are great. I like the story about what's going on.

Looks great to me, Gary. I can almost feel that clean, crisp air. The colors, sharpness and your capture of the splash, combined with the wonderful looking bg make this a very attractive image.

This image has a wonderful glow to it - all that reflected light bouncing from the surface of the lake to the sides of the boats is fantastic. And what a fantastic backdrop! I'm sure this isn't an easy job - but what a view! Beautifully captured, too. Technically perfect as far as I can see.
