Malaysian Blues

Canon EOS 7D, EF 500mm f/4L IS USM + 1.4x TC @ 700mm, Aperture Priority @ f/8 (1/100 sec), -2/3 EV, ISO 640, Tripod, Cropped about 50% from Full Frame
Subject: Malaysian Blue Flycatcher
Location: Kinabatangan River, Sukau, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo
Situation: Another beautiful subject we came across while floating silently down one of the tributaries. Many times, in my excitement of coming across a new (to me) species I've cocked up the opportunity because I couldn't set the controls quick enough or I failed to slow my heartbeat down to a pace that enabled me to hold the camera perfectly still.
Although over the past few months I feel I've improved with this, I still lost a fair number of opportunities on this trip, but shots like the one above helped me from pulling out whatever little hair I still have on top of my head on those occasions ;^)
As always, critique and comments encouraged and appreciated, thanks in advance :^)
