hi folks,

another work from last january hope you will enjoy it.

alot of processing applied on this one, like the previous work.

blend of 2 exposures from the same original RAW file. it was only one shot, the FG almost under expose but i surprised when i changed the setting of the RAW file, an incredible DR(Dynamic Range) see the next post after this.

Pentax K5
ISO 100
10-17mm Fisheye

all the comments are very welcome

Thanks,

Hamed, I am impressed. I don't believe even I have done quite as much work on a sky as this, after seeing the original posted here (and that's really saying something). I like your style with it. One of the reasons I do is because it reminds me of the warmth and glow of fire, which meshes well with the hot environment that is pictured along with it. Compositionally, I do not like this even close to as much as your others lately, but those were among the best sand-dune landscapes I have seen. Had I not seen your other work I'd probably like this even more. Your blending and processing work is getting better all the time. Good luck out there!

I really like the colors in this image, but I agree with Marc's comments.

I like this one, too. but I also agree with Marc.......this one is not as strong as our last ones......but as Marc said: the last ones were among the best sand dunes images i've ever seen. This one is still good, but compared to the others not as strong. I love the warm tones

I agree the comp doesn't work as well. Having the rocks with the sky competes. Placing the rocks low, and a little farther from the left edge, so that they led into the scene would be much better to my taste. Working the sky color that much pushes this towards photo art for me. It looks cool though, almost an apocalyptic vibe.
