Very interesting Walt. The bright blue blurs against the yellow are striking and also seem to add a neon effect to the image. The comp seems off to me on the viewer's right side. I'd hate to give up those blue blurs in the right corner but I'd be tempted to crop in from the right into the yellow. I like the unusual take in this.

Eye catching image, Walt. I like the focus being on the deeper lilies, and the blue and yellow work well together. Might crop from the R, as Pat suggests.
