Sweet little bird on a nice perch! Good placement in the frame and nice BG too.
A larger image would help us critique - looks like good detail, though.
You've lost a lot of the detail in the black areas; perhaps this could be recovered in whatever processing software you use.
You might be able to bring out some detail in the eye(s) with a levels adjustment too. A bright eye, if at all possible, is pretty important.
Seems a little soft overall; could use some additional sharpening.
A nice catch!
