red-eyed tree frog (C)

As part of a display on frogs and frog conservation, I photographed nearly all of the frog species in the zoo. The red-eyed tree fog was by far the most photogenic. One problem, when I attempted to photograph this frog in the zoo's rainforest exhibit one of the birds swooped down and grab it by the leg, fortunately the frog was rescued without harm. This was also one of my first digital images, taken a few years ago.

The frog is pretty tight in the frame, but for me it actually works here. And like John said, very good, vivid colours; nice pose too from the frog. I definitely like it!
