Shaking its mane

Picture taken in Masai Mara, Kenya. A long-awaited picture I finally realized on the last day in the bush. I was more than happy.
It's the second picture of a serie (I already posted the first one long ago).

Canon 50D + 600mm f/4, 1/25 s, f/4, ISO 800.

Thank you for all your critics you could do on this one.

David

Hahhaha...awesome! Well seen and captured David.

My only critique would be to remove the small piece of grass in the bottom right corner.

Beautiful and fun shot, it made me smile.

Nice one David! This type of image is on my wish list too and I would be happy with this result. The amount of blur is pleasing, it gives a good sense of motion, whilst still clearly identifying the subject as a lion. Ideally a bit more room right and left would have been nice though.

This was very well executed, David...I agree with Vincent's sentiments and would also have loved it more without that darned blade of grass  Would make a nice B&W IMHO.

Very creative! Love the blur and the little drops of water.

Love the creativity! Have you looked at it with a sliver of crop from the top?
