We seem to have a lot of these tree frogs in my neck of the woods here in Mid-Michigan, luckily for me because their a fun photo subject. They will hide out behind the mirror on my car and come out and climb on top of the mirror housing while I'm driving down the road.

Canon 7D, Canon 100mm macro, 1/13sec, f/11, ISO 100.

Large version added.
Thanks for looking and all C&C welcomed.

Handsome fella! ISO 200 would have enabled a bit more depth, had you so chosen. Well composed, anyway. Less centered would have made it even better.

Nice subject, John. Maybe some more DOF would help, but it's very good as it is.

that's a great eye. My only nit is the sharp dropoff off focus under the frog's head.

John:
Frogs are fun to photograph! You got the eyes real sharp. This must be quite small?

Gary, your right the frog is only about an inch long and they change colors depending on the suface their on. There for the same frog can become a totally different "model" the next time I photograph it.
