Here's another shot from our time in Yellowstone. This was taken a few frames before the last post. I don't have any more of mom on the right. I'd appreciate your opinion as to whether you like this image or the previous post better, thanks. It's cropped to about 70% of FF

I think this one is better mainly because you can see Mum, the fact that the cub is not looking at you does not really detract.

Now if you could combine both, I think it would be most interesting.

Nate, this is my favorite of the two due to the attention mom is giving the young fellow. That is not apparent in the first posting. I really enjoy looking at this image.

I happen to also like this one due to seeing mom's head and that she appears to be looking at the cub. Wonderful playful actions from the cub really make this, well done.

Hi Nate, I missed your other post, but checked it just now and IMO this second post is way better simply because you can see the head of mom and particularly that she seems to be watching over her cub. This makes up for her body not being in the frame. The larger version shows some good detail.

I could go either way. I suppose I'd give this one the nod since you can see mom's face, but I much prefer the placement of the bears in the frame in shot #1.

Both images are strong and very cute IMO, but personally I'm leaning toward your first photo. Sweet Photo Nate!!!

I prefer the second version for the view of the classic grizzly profile.

Great shot! Was he waving at another photographer!! I slightly favor this version over the other because mom has her head up but I do like the positioning of the mom better in #1.

VERY CUTE! Both photos are great. I think this might be my favorite, but a little more room for mom would be a bonus. Moments like this in the field are so priceless.
