On this one the only thing I cloned out was a partial leaf on the left-hand side, otherwise I was able to (and remembered to) move everything else out of the way that was close to the flower in the background. About the front petals, which should be very sharp, I seem to be going through a stage that I just can't get good sharpness, and I haven't figured it out yet. But also with the plane of this flower in relation to my camera lens, I think there would be no way to get the center at all in focus, so is this a situation where that's okay or would it have been better for me to use a different POV? I really like this POV, which is why I did it this way, but I'd like to know if it's not really appropriate. All feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

10 commentsThis is beautifully done. I like the pov very much and the bg is superb as is the bend in the stem. I think the lack of sharpness you see here is due to it being a little over saturated. My guess is if you back off some on the red or play with the hue a little that if will appear sharper to you - maybe the yellow as well. A very fine image as posted for my tastes.

No problem with POV. However, I do wish for a little more dof. Nice as posted though.
