What a wonderful way to make the best of bad weather! You did well to desaturate this image; the lines and shapes are the most important things here ad the monochrome brings this out. The grain adds to the overall foggy effect--well done.

I like the addition of the grain which really compliments the image and adds some texture to the fog.
