Stunning pose and great detail. I'm not bothered by the leaves nor the white tones, rather I think you did very well with the exposure here Angela.

Angela, The red eye grabbed my attention and then the other colors blew me away. The pose and your composition really show off the Heron beautifully. I like the bird being a little on the left with the bill centered.

Real stunning shot Angela! I love the raised head and overall birds position! I agree about knocking down some of the highlights. Very minor in the whole scheme of things!

Angela, this is such a spectacular image of the Tri-Colored Herring that nothing else in the image distracts me. My eyes are glued to this magnificent creature.
