I posted this photo once before. but, he fits this theme perfectly. I was in my family room and saw him on the other side of the window. I thought it was unusual for him to have tiny bird feathers under his foot. Hope you enjoy.

Lucy, this is cool. I like the diagonal angle, his head tilt to show the eye, and how his green and white is set off against the dark background.

Very nice. Are you sure that this guy isn't a mime? Just kidding. He looks like he swallowed the canary. I had one of these climb onto my screen once. It swallowed a firefly and was flashing off and on.

Nicely done. Crisp shot with some great colors. Had one of these land on my windshield as I was driving down the road. I think both of us were surprised.

Spose it'd just eaten that bird? I got a friend who had a bird eating bull frog in his backyard pond for a summer. I like the fogs pose, the close look at the pads of the feet and the lime green skin. Neat shot.

I love it. What a beautiful creature! (I love frogs - as anyone who's seen my poison dart frog pets will tell you.) But personal preferences aside, this is a great shot. The dark background lets the frog stand out, and the through-the-window shot lets us see details we wouldn't get to see otherwise. Absolutely beautiful, Lucy. Well done!

Wow, thought you had shot this in a study set-up instead of through your window Lucy! A very striking image and very well executed.

Very cool that you had the camera handy for this interesting and amusing shot, Lucy. It looks like it has sticky feet! Congrats on the Pick for this. :toast:
