Cape Kiwanda

I was wandering in the beach at sunrise, looking around.
As sun rays hit the cape, the scene got me by surprise.
I had hardly a minute or two to setup the tripod and compose this image.

A minimalist composition that really works well. The shutter is wonderful and awesome job on the fly. I think the extra color in the sand and surf work look great. I'd pull back on the color of the rock though, it's maybe a little too much. Overall, very impressive work Swamy.

Beautiful and clean composition. The bright color on the rock seems coming from nowhere.

Nice light on the stack out there, and I like the water motion in the foreground. Nice work here Swamy...

Love the warm light on the rock against the cool blue of the sky. The fg patterns from the wave motion really draw me into the shot. I could see cropping half the sky. Nice shot, Swamy!

Quite the variety of colors in each element/portion of the scene. Simple and nice! The horizon line has a very slight CW tilt.
