Sunset Glow
by Eva McDermott
Sunset glow on Inverness Beach, Cape Breton, NS after a stormy evening. It always amazes me how the sky glows just after the sun dips below the horizon. This evening, I was one of the very few people on the beach. There was one other woman from Montreal photographing shore birds. We talked for a while then said it was getting too cold and she was going to head back to her cabin. I told her she was going to miss the best of the light show so she stayed a few more minutes to witness this as well. She said she never saw anything like it.

My favorite from you as of late
What a Candyland set of colors! Very unique color setup and I really like it. Great timing with the incoming wave allowing for the beautiful reflection of color. Also, just right with the amount of rocky sand included in the corner. Any less and I would be inclined to exclude it all together, but as captured, no nits or complaints. Yes, a great one from you Eva. Love this one.

Beautiful image here! Love the softness of the sky and the sea touched by the lovely colors of sunset. It is nicely juxtaposed with the crisp, pebbled sand. Superb Work!
