This is an image that missed being processing for a few years. I found it while looking through some older stuff and decided to process and post. I loved the variety of colors - some subtle, some more vibrant. As some of you know, I LOVE leafscapes, and I don't know how I let this one slip by.

I too enjoy the variety! Many shapes, forms, colors and those ferns...always, they add a symmetry that I am fond to see.

Yes, beautiful leafscape with good range of colors and shapes. I also like the inclusion of live fern leaves near the lower border.

Yes Bill, I know about you and leafscapes, and your affection for them really shows in this one. Thanks for bringing this one to us just in time for autumn in the north country! I love the forest floor too at this time of the year especially, but I am often overwhelmed by the seemingly endless possibilities before me as I walk the woods. I'll study this one and keep it in mind as an inspiration -- another example of the lofty goals you set.
